How do I get started?

Simply send in your enquiry through our website, and our team will get in touch with you via WhatsApp to arrange an appointment.
During the initial discussion, our consultant will take time to understand your home, lifestyle, renovation requirements, and design preferences. From there, we will prepare a proposal and quotation tailored to your needs, so you have a clearer idea of the design direction, scope, and next steps.
I have not collected keys yet. When should I start engaging Renowerkz for my renovation?

We recommend reaching out at least 3 months before your key collection. This gives us enough time to understand your requirements, plan the layout, develop the design direction, prepare the quotation, and go through material selections before renovation begins.
URGENT / START IMMEDIATELY:
If your key collection date is sooner, you may still enquire with us. We do accommodate projects with shorter timelines, subject to our team’s availability and current project schedule.
MORE THAN 6 MONTHS TO KEY COLLECTION:
We would recommend approaching us closer to the date, ideally around 6 months in advance. This allows us to provide more accurate advice based on your confirmed timeline, requirements, and market rates at that point.
Who will I be working with throughout my renovation?

You will be guided by a dedicated consultant who acts as your main point of contact throughout the renovation journey.
Rather than focusing only on design, our consultants take a more holistic role — understanding your requirements, lifestyle, timeline, budget, and day-to-day needs. They work closely with our design team, in-house teams, and trusted specialists to bring together the right planning, ideas, and execution for your home.
This collaborative approach allows your renovation to be guided with more clarity, support, and perspective — so every decision feels considered from the first discussion to the final handover.
NOTE: Consultants will be assigned based on availability, project suitability, and scheduling requirements. As each project is supported by both a consultant and our wider team, requests for a specific consultant may not always be accommodated.
